Refund and Returns Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your electric scooter order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. (Please note that transaction charges will not be refunded.)
  • To Cancel:

  • After Shipping:
    Once your scooter has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch
  • Manufacturing defect verified by our service team (within warranty terms)

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Custom scooters
  • Accessories once used
  • Scooters damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

3. Returns & Replacement

Return Window:

Scooters can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • A wrong item was delivered

Return Process:

  1. Raise a return request via our Returns Portal or email us at electricpev@gmail.com
  2. Our logistics team will schedule a pickup
  3. After inspection, a replacement or refund will be initiated

Note: Delivery/Return charges will be applicable.
